CauchyMatrix

CauchyMatrix[x,y] represents the Cauchy matrix given by the generating vectors x and y as a structured array.

CauchyMatrix[x] is equivalent to CauchyMatrix[x,x].

CauchyMatrix[cmat] converts a Cauchy matrix cmat to a structured array.
